"I just gave birth to my 4th daughter 1 month ago. I weighted 186 lbs post pregnancy. I saw this at Sam's Club and sampled it and I love the flavor. Well later I'm down 20 lbs. I'm also breastfeeding which I'm sure has contributed to some of the weight lost. But I've never lost so much weight after giving birth. I've become regular when it comes to going #2. My pregnancy weight was 176 lbs. I gained a total of 10 lbs. Before at the end I weighed 186 lbs. 1 wk after giving birth I weighed 186 lbs. Now I weigh 165 lbs. I just went and bought 3 more coffees. I would love to try the tea. And yes I bought the one with sugar. I drink a cup in the morning and in the evening. I also drink a large cup of water every morning before I do anything else. Instead of drinking something cold after each meal or during a meal. I drink some hot tea herbal no caffeine. This helps with digestion. I will begin my workout as soon as I'm cleared by my OB. I had a cesarean.”
